Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise in the field. She's worked alongside leaders from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly when they are experiencing rapid growth. As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is of the opinion that learning is one of the key elements of leadership. With her broad experience of working for Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses in the development and coaching of leaders, with successful result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote changing and learning. While Annmarie is inspired to devote her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission she currently provides support to a number of non-profit organisations in her spare time.
