Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional license to continue the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance to get her degree from college. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectations. She was happy about her position. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
