Sharni Vison, an Australian-American dancer and actress, was born 22 July 1983, in Sydney Australia. In 201, she had her debut as an actor in the Australian soap opera called Home and Away. She played a small role in just two episodes. Her performance in that limited role was so fascinating that the casting agent for the show wanted her to play the main characters in the show. However, she auditioned for the role, but she wasn't selected. In the show, she portrayed the character Cassie Turner who was a troubled teen that was in foster care. In the following years, she began to appear in independent movies like The House of Yes released in 1997. Scary movie 2 in 2001 Kiss the Bride (2007) and Izzie's Way Home (2016). In 2019, Donna Martin reprised the part in the Beverly Hills 90210 spinoff.
